Shadow is about 3 years old. He was surrendered by his owner because they moving to a home that didn't allow pets!! That turned out to be his lucky day! Poor shadow and a bunch of other little guys where forced to live all their lives outside in the back yard!!! They where surrendered to a very high kill shelter in KY however with the love of animals they do their best to move them to safety and get them into rescues all around the country!!
Shadow may have lived outside for his first 3 years but don't let that scare you. He is extremely well behaved in the home and LOVES every minute of it. for the first time he was allowed to sleep in a warm bed and cuddle with his foster mom, and he sleep all night! Warm and cozy. He may not look like a shadow but now Better Days knows why he has his name. He is like a shadow, will stand beside his foster mom every chance he gets or would love nothing more then to snuggle on her lap. He loves to give a million kisses as though to say thank you and is extremely loving.
We are not sure how he is with his potty manners as of yet being he is new and has never lived in a home but so far in 24 hours he has went potty outside every time he was let out. will update more on his potty manners as days go on..
